Late Shri. Mahendra Kumar Doogar

Our Founder, a Fellow member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, with 42 years of extensive experience in the field of Auditing, Financial Consultancy, Taxation, Corporate Advisory Services, Project Financing/Governance and Corporate Laws. His core expertise included Statutory and Internal Audits of large conglomerates & banks of Public Sector Undertakings.

A seasoned leader presiding on Board of various Companies including Morgan Ventures Ltd., G R Infraprojects Ltd., Kamdhenu Ltd., Dalmia Refractories Ltd., Frick India Ltd. and Sanghi Industries Ltd. ,D and A Financial Services Private Ltd., Doogar And Associates Securities Ltd. With a penchance for bringing diverse teams together, he had developed strong relationships with senior client stakeholders and has mentored several leaders enabling them to handle complex challenges.

He was an active member of PHD Chamber of Commerce & Industry, Indo American Chamber of Commerce, Associated Chamber of Commerce & Industry, India Habitat Centre.

Having an extensive India and overseas experience across a range of sectors, he successfully managed various international assignments with leading funds in Singapore, Hong Kong, UAE, USA, Japan, France, Italy and Nigeria. His powerful vision inspired the firm to grow and set the foundation in many areas. His path-breaking achievements guided the destiny of the firm for more than four decades.

Received UDYOG RATAN AWARD by Rotary Mid-Town Economic Studies, New Delhi for outstanding contribution in Merchant Banking Field.
Convener of the Capital Study of the Northern India Regional Council of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India which was also awarded the best Study Group of the Institute.
Award for Outstanding performance in Capital Markets and Financial Markets in North India by "Bharat Nirman."
Organized many conferences, interactive sessions and seminars on topics covering Capital Markets, Investors Protection presided by various well-known personalities like Mr. M. Damodaran, Mr. G. N Bajpai, Mr. D. R Mehta (Past Chairman SEBI), Mr. Arun Jaitley, Dr. Abhishek Manu Singhvi, Mr. Salman Khurshid.
